Do Something New
Anxiety and depression can keep us stuck in the same patterns. One of the best things we can do for ourselves is to go out and do something we enjoy, even if we do not feel like it. People rarely find themselves saying, "Wow. I really wish I didn't go to that park. It made me feel so much worse."
Here are some of my favorite activities in our beautiful borough of Queens.
Queens International Night Market

Tons of great food & 100 independent local vendors here in Queens! It is held most Saturdays during the summer outside by New York Hall of Science in Flushing Meadows park. There are performances that focus on the numerous cultures here in Queens. Check out their website by clicking their name above for more details!
