Insurance + Private Pay
Maternal Mental Health:
We now accept most major insurances for maternal mental health services.
Please call us so we can verify your insurance is covered by us.
If you do not have one of these plans you may be eligible for 'out of network' reimbursement through your insurance company for our services.
Please contact us for a list of questions to ask your insurance company and the provider information sheet to give to your insurance company.
Private pay session rate: $250
Private Pay OCD Treatment:
ERP requires consistency, precision, and a level of clinical attention that simply isn't possible when therapists are carrying oversized caseloads. That's why our OCD services are offered on a private-pay basis, with each of our specialists maintaining an intentionally limited number of OCD clients at any given time.
This means you work with a clinician who knows your hierarchy inside and out, tracks your progress between sessions, and has the mental bandwidth to truly show up for your treatment.
Private pay also means no insurance company deciding how many sessions you need, what your diagnosis should be, or when you're "done." Your treatment plan is built around you.
Our unique 90min advanced sessions offer an opportunity to get intensive work done in a shorter amount of time.
ERP Sessions:
$350/ 45 min standard session
$450/90min intensive session
OCD Treatment ranges 8-12 weeks.
PRIVACY
As a private practice we go above and beyond to protect your health information and use discretion. All of our emails are encrypted and secure. Our tele-health video technology is completely protected with encryption and HIIPA compliant as well.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payments accepted: Credit/debit cards, flexible health spending account cards.
Payment due at time of service provided.
We have a strict 24 hour cancelation policy.
If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours or more in advance to avoid being charged for the full cost of your session.
We do not like charging people for services they do not receive. However, we must enforce this policy due to having many clients that request appointment times and cannot have them due to someone else holding that spot. We are very flexible in rescheduling when done in advance. Thank you for your understanding. By scheduling sessions with our practice you are consenting to this policy. Payment method must be on file with us and will be automatically charged after each session or in event of late cancellation/no show for appointment.
